mini传媒 has no individual memberships. Since professional certification is a matter of provincial and territorial jurisdiction, mini传媒 admits only provincial and territorial bodies, variously called an association, society or corporation. Its total membership consists of its seven Member Societies which, in turn, represent their own members.
In this way, mini传媒 speaks nationally for about 2,400 language professionals, some 1,350 of whom are certified. Most member bodies publish directories of their members, which are available to the public free of charge or for a small fee, in paper format or online.
